Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Carpenter to build detached single family rental properties. We will work together to construct homes continuously with flexible hours. This employment can be completed as an employee, or as a contractor. The wage is negotiable. The work is continuous, with a new home beginning when one is complete. The ideal candidate will be able to perform most of, or have the ability to learn the following tasks. This is a work at your own pace job with close communication with the project manager/owner.

- Landscaping
- Windows/doors
- Insulation
- Drywall & taping
- Painting
- Millwork/Finishing
- Flooring & Tile
- Cabinets
- Pre-cut countertops
- General carpentry work
Requirements
- Physical condition to perform carpentry tasks
- Previous carpentry experience
- Work outside
- Steady work ethic
- Work efficiently with a helpers/apprentices of your choice
- Ability to communicate with the site project manager/owner
- Identify problems and communicate them to the project manager/owner
- Physical ability to operate small equipment and hand tools
- Perform rental property quality carpentry work
Pay: $30.00-$65.00 per hour
