Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and schedule service appointments with enthusiasm.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, providing clear communication and updates.
- Assist technicians by accurately documenting vehicle issues, repair orders, and service details to ensure smooth workflow.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments securely, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage the flow of vehicles in the service lane, coordinating repairs with mechanics and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Maintain organized records of service history, customer interactions, and dealership documentation for efficient operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and loyalty.
- Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers.
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with customers, technicians, and team members.
