Summary
Concrete Coating Installer and Epoxy Floor Technician position is based in London, Ontario. This role plays a vital part in our team by applying expert techniques to ensure durable and aesthetically pleasing concrete/epoxy surfaces, supporting our commitment to excellence in restoration and construction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed.
- Apply epoxy coatings and other surface treatments with precision.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate application.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality assurance.
- Assist in other restoration or masonry tasks as required.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in epoxy floor installation or concrete coating.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience with flooring installation is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
