Position Overview
This dual-role position combines front-desk customer service with essential administrative and operational support. You will handle everything from welcoming callers to managing critical backend paperwork like invoicing and work orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk: Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Data Management: Record daily data accurately into our internal company database.
- Operations Support: Review and close completed work orders.
- Financial Admin: Handle invoicing tasks and accurately record employee time cards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor, manage, and order office and shop supplies as needed.
- Office Organization: Maintain, update, and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Computer Proficient: Strong overall computer skills are required.
- Software: Proven comfort and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Dependable: A highly reliable track record with a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
