Hiring: Medical Aesthetician & Facial Specialist (Part-Time)
Roxa Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician & Facial Specialist to join our professional, client-focused medical aesthetics clinic.
Position
- Part-Time
- $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
- 2 weekday evening shifts (3 PM–8 PM)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday as needed)
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in medical aesthetics
- Strong client consultation, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
Must Have Experience With
- Professional facials & deep cleansing facials
- Full-face extractions
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- IPL treatments
- Laser hair removal
- Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Relaxation Massage.
Skills & Knowledge
- Skin consultations & skin analysis
- Medical-grade skincare products
- Vivier product knowledge (asset)
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$30/hour
- 15% commission on treatment package sales
- 10% commission on skincare sales
- 100% of tips retained
