Kelly has exciting long-term temporary Meat Packer positions with a reputable local meat manufacturer in Arthur! Whether you’re seeking a light packaging role or prefer working in the raw department, we have opportunities on both day and afternoon shifts starting in August
Competitive Pay:
- Day Shift: $21.24/hour (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Afternoon Shift: $22.24/hour (3:30 PM – Midnight)
As a Meat Packer, You Will:
- Work on a dynamic production and packaging line
- Handle and inspect products for quality assurance
- Remove items not meeting our standards
- Pack finished products into boxes and help with palletizing
- Rotate duties throughout your shift, keeping your day active and varied

Who We’re Looking For:
- Can lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Ready to stand and stay active your entire shift
- Okay with working in a cold (refrigerated) setting
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to work
- Previous food production experience is an asset (meat industry preferred, but not required)
Pay: $21.24-$22.24 per hour
