Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook who shares our commitment to farm-to-table dining and is eager to be a part of our culinary journey. As a Line Cook at Pineridge Hollow, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our farm-fresh ingredients to life on the plate and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our culinary team to prepare and execute dishes that highlight the flavours of the season and celebrate locally sourced ingredients.
- Assist in the preparation of mise en place and ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and ready for service.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques with precision to maintain consistency and quality in every dish.
- Collaborate with fellow line cooks and chefs to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during service hours.
- Embrace our commitment to sustainability by minimizing waste and utilizing cooking methods that leave a positive impact on the environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or culinary enthusiast in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Passion for working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a desire to learn more about farm-to-table cuisine.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
