Position Overview
The Senior Credit & Collections Analyst, under the guidance of the Supervisor – Credit & Collections, is responsible for overseeing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This role ensures timely resolution of billing issues to facilitate collections, approves customer accounts within established credit limits, and supports the overall efficiency of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve customer accounts within delegated credit limits (5%)
- Investigate and resolve billing issues, including dispute resolution (20%)
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collections activities to recover outstanding accounts receivable (75%)
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in credit, collections, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer software applications; experience with credit/collections systems preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
- Experience preparing reconciliations and supporting financial processes
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
