CoolCutz is looking for a talented and reliable Barber to join our growing team! We're searching for someone passionate about barbering, who takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every client.

Duties
- Provide quality haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and grooming services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive shop environment.
- Be punctual, professional, and dependable.
- Help ensure clients leave satisfied with their experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of barbering experience.
- Strong haircutting and fading skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused and able to provide a great client experience.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Maintains a clean and professional workstation.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow.
- Valid barber licence/certification is an asset (if applicable).
