Arbutus Health & Wellness is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our expanding Wellness team in Vancouver.
We provide medical and wellness services in a professional multidisciplinary environment and are looking for a Physiotherapist who would like to establish and grow their practice within our clinic.
Compensation
65–75% of treatment fees, depending on experience and arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients with musculoskeletal, mobility, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy treatments within professional scope of practice
- Develop appropriate exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
- Educate patients regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation, and self-management
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
Qualifications
- Licensed and authorized to practise as a Physiotherapist in British Columbia
- Registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Professional and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic
