Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Administrator (Temporary) – Bilingual (French/English) to join their team. As a Payroll Administrator (Temporary) – Bilingual (French/English), you will be part of the payroll support team, assisting with essential administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Payroll Administrator – Bilingual (French/English)
Location: Downtown, Toronto,
Pay Range: $26
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 1-2 months ( possibility of extension )
What's the Job?
- Support day-to-day payroll processing and administration
- Support with payroll processing for 500+ employees across multiple provinces
- Review and process new hire paperwork and employee records
- Maintain accurate electronic employee files
- Assist with payroll changes, direct deposits, and employee updates
- Ensure employee hours are accurately recorded and calculated
What's Needed?
- Previous payroll experience is required
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with payroll systems or HRIS is an asset
