JOB DESCRIPTION: Nutritionist/ Supplement Sales Associate needed to assist with customers, sales and retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Selling professional supplements, vitamins, homeopathic medicines, and herbal remedies

· Processing sales at Point of Sale system in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

· Facilitating and fostering relationships through meaningful customer engagement

· Answering customer questions regarding supplements, and vitamins; including professional product brands

· Assisting customers in discovering relevant products to help with their needs

· Stocking shelves with merchandise and ensuring displays are always presentable and tidy

· Receiving incoming stock orders to ensure proper restocking of shelves

· Responding to customer inquiries: in store, over the phone, and via email

· Working together with retail staff and pharmacy staff in a collaborative, team environment centered on customer care

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience working in a retail supplement store is an asset

· Knowledge of supplements, and vitamins; including professional product brands

· Interest in homeopathy is an asset

· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized customer care

· Demonstrated passion for health and wellness

· Professional, self-motivated individual with a team player attitude

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines

· Availability on evenings and weekends
