Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process safety, process engineering, refining, or petrochemical manufacturing.
- Proven HAZOP/PHA facilitation experience in brownfield facilities.
- Knowledge of LOPA, SIL, pressure relief systems, flare systems, and safeguarding principles.
- Experience with PHA-Pro, PHAWorks, or similar software.
- Functional Safety certification (TÜV FS Eng) is an asset.
Preferred Skills
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of API 520/521, API 537, OSHA PSM, and IEC 61882.
- Experience leading workshops both onsite and remotely.
Pay: $75.00-$84.00 per hour
