We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the production of high-quality metal components while maintaining strict adherence to safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication & Welding
- Fabricate metal components by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Operate welding machines, hand tools, and power tools to complete fabrication tasks with precision.
- Ensure strong, secure, and durable welds that meet industry and company quality standards.
Blueprint Interpretation & Quality Control
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper alignment, measurements, and overall integrity of fabricated structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication issues to maintain optimal production flow.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Safely operate and maintain machinery, plasma cutters, forklifts, and cranes as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to OSHA and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
✔ Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
✔ Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, mechanical processes, and machining.
✔ Experience in operating cranes, forklifts, power tools, and welding equipment.
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
✔ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
✔ Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
✔ Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and perform manual tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
