Key Responsibilities
Craft with Care
- Prepare, season, and cook dishes to exact specifications, consistently meeting Rimrock’s luxury standards.
- Follow recipes, presentation standards, and dietary requirements with precision and accuracy.
- Craft dishes that honor local ingredients, reflecting both sustainability and a sense of place.
Operational Excellence
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, with strong technical expertise.
- Uphold HACCP, FOODSAFE, and sanitation standards; maintain a spotless, well-organized station.
- Complete tasks methodically, ensuring quality and timeliness in every service period.
Team & Culture
- Collaborate with a passionate team of culinary professionals, supporting colleagues with care and reliability.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Culinary degree and experience in a high-volume, luxury kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and mastery of core cooking techniques (grilling, frying, sautéing, plating).
- High attention to detail with the ability to remain calm, precise, and consistent under pressure.
- Food Handler certification
- A disciplined, detail-oriented approach, combined with a team-first mindset.
Bonus If You Bring
- Experience with sustainable, local, or farm-to-table cuisine.
- Knowledge of advanced culinary techniques or international flavors.
- Curiosity and passion for continuous learning and skill development.
