We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in outside sales and B2B sales. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering outstanding customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including community events and networking opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicle options that align with customer preferences
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership policies
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Support B2B sales initiatives by establishing relationships with corporate clients and fleet accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales support team to prepare proposals, contracts, and documentation for each sale
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Maintain organized records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems
Experience
- Proven experience in retail automotive sales or dealership environments is preferred
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end vehicle sales is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, upselling, and managing a robust sales pipeline
- Multilingual skills, particularly bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are a significant advantage
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities
- Experience in sales management or supporting marketing initiatives will be considered a plus
- Prior experience with dealership software or CRM systems is beneficial

Wage: Commission Based Front & Back Gross
Pay: $36,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
