Diamond CNC is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level assembly position. We're looking for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in producing high-quality cabinetry and can confidently handle the custom work that automated equipment can't.

ResponsibilitiesCustom Cabinet Construction
- Build and modify custom cabinetry to meet customer specifications.
- Fabricate non-standard cabinet components and custom parts.
- Accurately interpret shop drawings and identify potential issues before assembly.
Cabinet Assembly & Fitting
- Assemble custom cabinetry to a high standard.
- Install and adjust doors, drawer fronts, and cabinet components for precise fit and finish.
- Ensure completed cabinets meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
Hardware Installation
- Install premium European hardware, including concealed hinges, drawer systems, lift systems, pull-outs, and specialty accessories.
- Accurately lay out and install custom hardware using supplied drawings and specifications.
Custom Fabrication
- Safely operate table saws, routers, and other woodworking equipment.
- Manufacture replacement parts, fillers, scribes, and custom components as required.
- Modify CNC-produced components when necessary.
Quality Control
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, finish, and workmanship.
- Correct deficiencies before products leave your workstation.
Shop Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist other departments with custom fabrication and technical problem solving when required.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 5 years of cabinet-making experience.
- Experience building frameless custom cabinetry.
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods.
- Experience installing premium European hardware (Blum, Hettich, Grass, Salice, or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Strong measuring and layout skills.
- Experience using table saws and other woodworking machinery safely and accurately.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Hire pay scale would lean more into Shop Foreman duties, but lets start with production first

7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
