We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your ability to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas, following all sanitation guidelines.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for guests.
Experience
- Previous 6-8 months experience in a Indian Cuisine restaurant + Hindi speaking required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
