Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks to support our ongoing projects and operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and gain valuable work experience in a hands-on setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Support team members in completing construction or maintenance tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Help with site preparation, including setting up work areas and equipment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is advantageous but not required
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed
Pay: $24.65 per hour
