Camp Kitchen Attendant (Remote) – Canada (Multiple Locations)
Schedule: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off (Fully Remote)
Location: Remote camps across Canada (various locations)

We are currently seeking an experienced Camp Kitchen Attendant to join our team at one of our remote exploration camps across Canada. If you’re team-oriented, reliable, detail-focused, and ready to work independently with strong standards—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform essential kitchen and sanitation duties in a safe, timely, and organized manner, including:
- Follow safe work practices and safe job procedures at all times
- Report all incidents and accidents immediately
- Maintain excellent housekeeping in your work areas at all times
- Attend and participate in daily toolbox meetings
- Complete dishwashing in accordance with the Food Safety Plan
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and small wares per the Food Safety Plan and COVID protocols
- Support food-safe storage and labeling, including attention to food allergy items
- Keep food storage areas organized and compliant
- Clean and sanitize the Dry Area
- Cold food preparation, including salads and sandwiches, in accordance with the Food Safety Plan
- Prepare and assemble cold items while maintaining required temperature control and food safety standards
Required Knowledge & Experience
To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years working in a remote camp as a Camp/Kitchen Attendant
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Highly motivated and team-oriented with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work a rotation schedule
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs minimum
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects, and stand/walk for long periods
- Ability to maintain a high level of performance during a 10–12 hour shift
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice
