We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Crew Members to join our fast-casual restaurant team. Crew Members play an important role in providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Restock food, beverages, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Support kitchen and front-counter operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safe Certification is an asset.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as food preparation and cleaning.
