About the Role
Since 1975, Form & Build Supply has been a trusted leader in delivering high-quality concrete and masonry specialty products to Ontario’s construction industry. We are looking for a Job track administrator to support our sales teams in pre-tender and post-tender quote creation and supporting our technical sales team in promoting exclusive products of Form & Build Supply Inc.
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate job track meetings with assigned branches including Sales Manager, Branch Managers and Outside Sales Representatives.
· Prepare pre-tender and post tender quotes to General Contractors and Sub Trades
· Promote speciality products to Architects and Engineers
· Monitor bid & tender sites for upcoming projects
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Some travel is required to attend job track meetings in Mississauga, Whitby and Kitchener.
Qualifications
· 1–2 years of proven success in comparable administrative role
· Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· A team player with a strong customer service focus
· Self-motivated and results-driven
· Well-organized and proficient with computers
· Understanding on Concrete and Masonry products an asset
· A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
