We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our busy property management team. As the first point of contact for property owners, contractors, and visitors, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist property owners, contractors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and properties.
- Coordinate communication between owners, property managers, and service providers.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and office correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general administrative support.
- Support the property management team with various projects and day-to-day office operations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure the reception area and office remain organized and welcoming.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a busy office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office software.

- Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is considered an asset.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of reception or front desk experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to reliably commute to our Sherwood Park office or relocate prior to starting employment.
