Machine Operator/Labourer

We are an industry leader in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of robust, high- performance bulk material handling solutions. In addition to our custom-designed product, we also design and manufacture a full line of hoisting equipment for truck dump body applications under the NORDIC trade name.
The Opportunity
As a Machine Operator/Labourer in our facility, you are motivated and energetic and work well in a team environment. You have strong versatility and the ability to learn/operate machinery such as, brakes, shears, saws, and punches.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Setting up machines for daily use
- Maintaining equipment and machinery so they run effectively and safely
- Reads and interprets drawings, to determine specifications
- Works safely as per company policies
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience as using a Saw and Shear machine is desired.
- Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Mechanical dexterity, math and measuring skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
