Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our construction team, responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and related trades, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, including residential, commercial, and restoration projects, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure project success.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using wood, concrete forms, siding, roofing, and other materials
- Perform masonry work including rebar installation and concrete forming as required
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, and perform drywall finishing and painting tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various carpentry tasks
- Measure, cut, assemble, and fit materials with precision according to specifications
- Assist with plumbing, electrical work, or other trades as needed for integrated project completion
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution
- Experience with concrete forming, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and tile laying
- Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws) safely
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques and cabinetry installation
- Ability to perform construction painting and caulking for finishing touches
- Familiarity with CNC machinery or manufacturing processes is a plus
- Construction experience across various trades including framing, restoration, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills
- Ability to interpret construction estimating documents and schematics for precise material measurement and cost control
- Strong heavy lifting capability with physical endurance for demanding tasks over extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of carpentry work

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
