About the Role
We're looking for experienced Red Seal Electricians with strong skills in one or more of the following:
- High-end custom homes
- Residential service work and service upgrades
- Standby generator installations and service
- Solar installations
- Light commercial electrical projects
You'll work alongside a highly skilled team delivering quality workmanship while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical specifications.
- Plan and complete installations in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Install and service electrical equipment including panels, generators, lighting, wiring, and related systems.
- Test electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop the next generation of electricians.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every project.
Qualifications
- Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician
- Minimum 5 years of licensed electrical experience
- Strong residential electrical experience
- Experience leading commercial jobs is an asset
- Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
