Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Guide: Welcome showroom guests with a warm, helpful attitude and guide them through their vehicle-buying journey.
- Demonstrate Value: Conduct expert product walk-arounds and lead exciting test drives to showcase Mazda’s technology and safety features.
- Build Relationships: Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to build a loyal, repeat client base.
- Close Deals: Assist customers with purchase options, trade-ins, and coordination with our finance department.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep up-to-date on new Mazda models, features, and incoming inventory.
What You Bring to the Team
- Great Attitude: A friendly, positive personality with a passion for helping people.
- Strong Communication: Ability to speak clearly, listen well, and explain vehicle features simply.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer databases (CRM systems) and social media to connect with customers.
- Professionalism: A clean, professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Requirements: A valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority) license.

Pay Range Offered:
- $37,128 up to more than $ 100,000 per year
