Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills and a desire to succeed in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and results oriented
- Top notch organizational skills
- 5+ years of OEM parts experience, individuals with Ford parts experience will be given preference
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract required
- Someone that is obsessed with the details
- Solutions oriented individual who embraces problem-solving
- Self-starter who likes to take the initiative
- Knowledge of the PBS dealer management system would be great, if not we will provide training
- Above average skill level with business productivity software
Duties and responsibilities:
- Accurately looking up required parts and provide pricing and availability to our fast-paced service department and our growing retail/wholesale customer base
- Aiding in receiving and stocking inventory
- Inventory maintenance
- Regular lifting and occasional heavy lifting will be required
- General housekeeping and maintenance of parts department
- Work alongside the other departments, within the dealership, to help build on the existing sense of teamwork and cooperation.
