What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help resolve customer concerns
- Provide ongoing training, role-playing, and daily coaching to build employee confidence and skills
- Create a positive, supportive, and results-focused work environment
- Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans when needed
- Prepare employee schedules and manage vacation requests to maintain proper coverage
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash-out procedures
- Maintain high standards for merchandising, organization, and store cleanliness
- Communicate company updates, promotions, and expectations to the team
- Ensure company policies and procedures are clearly understood and consistently followed
- Stay current on products, services, promotions, and systems
What We’re Looking For
- A positive and motivating leadership style
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- The ability to coach employees, build teamwork, and hold others accountable
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- The flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
- At least one year of team-management experience is preferred
- Three or more years of retail sales or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required
