We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team. As part of the front-line staff this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service at all times. This is high-paced and busy environment and we are looking for dependable and hard-working people.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Know how to greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Must be dependable and able to show up for required shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate confidently
- 2-3 years of automotive experience specifically relating to providing exceptional customer service, job costing, sales, invoicing, scheduling
- Follow the company's service standards.
- Responsible for handling sales, providing quotes, and booking work orders.
- Operate cash register and credit card machines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume environment
- Able to multi task.
- Able to organize appointments and drive vehicles.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for several hours per day.
Clean Driver's License required. Preference given to those with garage or tire experience.
