We are seeking an experienced and passionate Prep Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience preparing a variety of cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience or ready to learn quickly, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- provide wow customer service and maintain our values.
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables etc.
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so can be organized and easily accessible.
- Prepare food according to menu specifications.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Follow proper food-handling procedures.
- Maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dinning area.
- Communication and team work require within kitchen staff.
- Respond to requests from customers in a timely manner.
- Physical capability - standing for extended period, fast and busy environment, handle heavy load, physically demanding.
Pay: $17.60 per hour

- Guelph, ON N1G 4Z1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
