Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused FOH (Front of House) Team Members to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a lively and supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about offerings or specials
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
