Seasonal Snow Removal / Grounds Maintenance Laborer position. This role begins with regular grounds‑care duties, including mowing, trimming, and assorted property maintenance such as weed pulling and basic equipment upkeep.
During the winter months, the position transitions to an on‑call snow removal schedule, responding as needed to clear snow from customer properties. Winter duties include shoveling and operating both small and large equipment to safely and efficiently remove snow.
Qualifications:
-must have a valid drivers license or reasonable mode of transportation to company shop, most snow clearing is done during the night and as such reliable transportation is important.
-willing to work longer days and in adverse weather conditions
-willing to work as a team or individually depending on the needs of the crew.
-No prior experience is needed, but would be an added benefit. Training is provided.
