Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering expert advice on our wide range of home furnishings products, including blinds, exterior screens, closets, drapery, wallpaper and cabinetry. You will work closely with clients in both the residential and commercial sectors, to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to enhance their living and work spaces. With a focus on exceeding monthly sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a key role in driving the success and growth of our company.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of window treatments, closet organization systems, drapery, and cabinetry is desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
