We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and be proficient in using hand tools and machinery. Duties
- Perform welding tasks using various methods, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Fabricate metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate press brake machines to shape and form metal parts.
- Utilize plasma cutting equipment for precise cuts on metal sheets.
- Assemble ductwork and other structures as required.
- Conduct machining tasks to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Use hand tools effectively for assembly and finishing processes.
- Safely operate forklifts and cranes for material handling within the shop.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding, with a strong understanding of different welding techniques.
- Familiarity with operating press brake machines and plasma cutting equipment is preferred.
- Experience in fabricating metal components and working with ductwork is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools proficiently for various tasks in the fabrication process.
- Knowledge of machining processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and practices while on the job.
