The Travel Coordinator (Counsellor) will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of field trips for the Summer Camp students. They will be responsible for making travel arrangements for students and counsellors. They will ensure that all travel arrangements are made efficiently, cost-effectively, and following ICCO-MAC policies and procedures. They will work closely with the Curriculum Developer and their supervisor to ensure the field trips are planned according to the curriculum and ensure smooth and hassle-free trips for the students and the staff.
They will prepare and distribute travel itineraries; research and compare prices and availability of the places fit for field trips for the youth; and negotiate prices for the places being visited and travel costs
