Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House)
Are you a natural leader who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves? We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! This is a "hands-on" role where you will lead by example—from managing the floor to providing top-tier service directly to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Floor: Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Hands-on Service: Support the team by taking orders and serving food during peak hours.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest feedback and resolve any "heat-of-the-moment" situations with grace and professionalism.
- Team Support: Mentor and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Problem Solver: You stay calm under pressure and can flip a negative customer experience into a positive one.
- High Responsibility: You take ownership of your shifts and ensure the team follows suit.
- Effective Communicator: Fluent in English to coordinate with both the kitchen and guests.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or senior server role is preferred.
- Highly adaptable to Thai Cuisine and fast pace environtment

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
