We are currently hiring a full time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to perform parts sales & delivery.
Shift schedule is Monday- Friday day shift.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will drive a Company provided vehicle to deliver our parts products to customers in an assigned territory.
The CSR will assist the Senior Outside Parts Sales Consultants by providing their customers with exceptional delivery service to help support, develop and maintain customer relationships in their territory.
This role is a steppingstone into an apprenticeship as a Parts Technician, Heavy- Duty Mechanic or Outside Parts Sales. It is an excellent training opportunity to learn our products and processes to grow and develop a career with our business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safe and responsible driving of a Company vehicle
- Perform daily delivery requests throughout their designated territory within the required time frame
- Efficiently and accurately taking orders and delivering orders
- Efficiently and accurately loading/unloading of parts deliveries
- Secure loads in a safe and proper manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient/accurate deliveries and helpful customer communication
- Participate in applicable product training
- Positively representing the Company in the community and customer’s place of business
- Performs the role in a professional manner that aligns with the Company’s’ values
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Valid class 5 license with clean current drivers’ abstract is required
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail role is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and operate a vehicle safely in all weather conditions
- Customer focused
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
