Join Beacon Community Services as a Resident Services Administrator, where you will support administrative operations across affordable housing and assisted living programs. This role blends tenancy and resident services, financial administration, and support to help ensure safe, well-managed homes for seniors and other residents. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team across Beacon to keep services running smoothly and support positive tenant, resident, and family experiences. . Days/Hours of Work: Tuesday to Thursday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (18.5 hours per week) After hours and/or weekend coverage as needed.

What You’ll Do

Support tenancy and resident processes, including agreements, orientation, and related documentation.

Provide information on policies, agreements, and subsidy eligibility, and assist with selection and admissions processes.

Oversee accounts receivable, rent collection, subsidy tracking, and account reconciliation.

Support compliance with applicable legislation, funding agreements, and program requirements, including the Residential Tenancy Act and Community Care and Assisted Living Act.

Serve as a primary administrative contact for tenants, residents, families, and external partners.

Collaborate with Finance, Facilities, Maintenance, and care teams to support smooth operations across sites.

Coordinate inspections, audits, and reporting requirements, and maintain accurate administrative records.

Help maintain safe, welcoming, and well-managed homes for tenants and residents.
What You Bring
-
Postsecondary education in property management, business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in housing administration, property management, or residential/community care.

Knowledge of Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) and Assisted Living regulations.

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compassion and sensitivity in working with seniors and families.

Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
