We’re looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and eager to take on a variety of tasks. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and love being a self-starter, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Provide excellent customer service by phone & email
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and filing
- Help with social media and marketing initiatives (experience an asset)
- Assist with Payroll and bookkeeping/financial duties (experience an asset)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing, social media and administrative background is an asset
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Excel, Shopify, and Google Drive is an asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Someone that is willing to become knowledgeable about what we do, the products we sell and aptitude for learning
- A Good knowledge of the city is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
