Senior IT Analyst (MSP)

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to deliver Tier III consulting and technical leadership across diverse client environments. This role is designed for a seasoned MSP professional who can own solutions end‑to‑end and engage directly with client leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier III escalation support and technical leadership to the service desk and infrastructure teams
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and supporting infrastructure services
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, identity governance, and Azure integrations
- Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, mobile device management, and application deployments across Windows and iOS devices
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related technologies
- Coordinate server deployments, upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
- Assist with application packaging, deployment, and ongoing application administration
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and related tools
- Identify, assess, and remediate security risks while helping enforce operational and security standards
- Document procedures, standards, and technical solutions
- Mentor junior and intermediate team members, helping develop technical skills, troubleshooting methodologies, and decision-making processes
- Work directly with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support operational and project requirements
- Participate in infrastructure projects involving Microsoft cloud, server, virtualization, and networking technologies
- Assist with networking and telecommunications support when required, including troubleshooting and design discussions
Required Skills & ExperienceSystems Administration
- 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments
- Strong experience with:

- Experience deploying and maintaining server infrastructure in physical and virtual environments

What You Bring
5 + years of experience in IT infrastructure
(MSP or consulting experience strongly preferred)
Strong hands‑on experience with Azure design and administration
Proven ability to lead in complex, multi‑tenant environments
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
High level of autonomy, accountability, and professionalism
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
(or equivalent combination of education and advanced professional experience)

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a senior infrastructure professional who can serve as a technical partner to IT leadership. This role will take ownership of server administration, identity management, endpoint management, automation, application deployment, and infrastructure standards while helping guide and develop junior team members.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently and helping develop the skills and decision-making abilities of junior team members. Although the primary focus of this role is Microsoft infrastructure, servers, identity, and endpoint management, familiarity with networking, telecommunications, SCADA systems, or radio networks would be beneficial. This knowledge is not required but would be valuable in supporting operational discussions and providing additional technical coverage across the team.

Exposure to Oil & Gas applications or Unified Communication
