Established in 1994, Riverbend Christian Preschool (RCP) offers preschool programs for 3-5 year-olds. RCP delivers a quality early childhood education program which nurtures the whole child, fostering intellectual, physical, creative, spiritual, social and emotional development in a supportive and encouraging Christian environment. We offer morning and full day programs.
The Teaching Assistant will assist the Lead Teacher in delivering the program to our students.
Candidates will:
- Hold a Level 2 Early Childhood Education certification, or be in the process of obtaining their Level 2 certification.
- Have experience in an early childhood education setting, with preference for having worked with 3-5 year olds.
- Have or be able to obtain a current Child Care First Aid certificate AND a current criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
- Have a committed Christian faith.
- Love children.
- Be available to work M-F 8:15 am - 12:30 pm, September-June
