D.C.L. Woodworking Limited is a Brampton-based custom millwork business serving residential and commercial customers throughout the G.T.A. The company is built on a foundation of superb workmanship, collaborative customer service and skilled execution of customized architectural millwork designs. Founded in 1958, D.C.L. has grown from a one-man operation to an industry-leading team of Sales & Estimating Representatives, Project Managers, Cabinet Makers and Installers. We combine advanced woodworking and panel processing technology with innovative ideas and passionate craftmanship to deliver inspiring products and stunning installations.
We are currently hiring a full-time Production & Operations Manager in our Brampton office. Successful applicants will require significant experience overseeing Millwork production/installation and managing people. As well, the role will require the following:
- You will contribute to the ongoing development of an overall Business Plan to continue DCL and grow the business long-term
- You will hire, train and manage our Project Managers, Shop Foreman/CNC Operator and Cabinet Makers
- You will work with and support our Director of Sales and our Sales & Estimating Team to target sales opportunities
- You will be required to support our sales and marketing initiatives including customer outreach and AWMAC events
- You will be required to be on site for projects to ensure accurate production and installation
- You will manage the installation schedule and work with our third-party installers & third-party suppliers/finishing companies
- You will be primarily responsible for ensuring all projects get completed on budget and installed at the highest standard
- You will handle all operational requirements of the business, working in conjunction with our Director of Sales and reporting into the company Directors

Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary and annual bonus, paid vacation time, health and benefit coverage and a fun and collaborative workplace. This role is an in-office position 5 days per week.
