Pols Enterprises Ltd. part of Nebula Livestock is hiring for a Technical Sales Support Position to join our growing team. We specialize in providing modern livestock equipment, farm systems, and agricultural solutions to farmers across North America.
This role supports our sales team in Ontario and helps ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and our internal design and installation teams.
We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and interested in the agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the sales team
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and order documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery timelines, and product information
- Visit with customers to confirm accuracy of systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation
- Support scheduling of meetings, site visits, and project coordination
- Handle general office duties including phone calls, email communication, and document organization
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and office software
- Professional and friendly communication with customers and team members
- Interest in agriculture, livestock production, or barn equipment
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is an asset
