Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI and modern automation technologies to improve software quality. This is not a conventional QA role — the position focuses on AI-augmented testing methodologies, requiring strong experience in automation frameworks, LLMs, and Generative AI tools.
You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design and implement advanced testing strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Integrate AI-driven testing methodologies into the software development lifecycle.
- Use JIRA and other bug-tracking tools to manage defects and track testing progress.
- Test Web applications, Native applications, and Backend APIs.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new QA automation tools and practices.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, LLM, and QA technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in QA Engineering or Software Testing.
- Strong experience in test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestComplete, Jenkins, or similar automation tools.
- Programming experience in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
- Experience with JIRA and Zephyr (or similar test management tools).
- Experience testing Frontend applications and Backend APIs.
- Exposure to LLM / Generative AI technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in QA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
