Generations on the Lake is looking for a strong, experienced cook to join our growing kitchen team full-time.
We are NOT a franchise. We are an independently owned restaurant with a busy brunch, lunch, dinner, and upcoming late-night program. We’re building something unique and looking for someone who takes pride in real cooking, teamwork, consistency, and helping run a professional kitchen.
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Has strong line experience in a busy kitchen
- Can work clean and organized under pressure
- Understands timing, prep, and quality control
- Works well with a team and helps keep standards high
- Wants stability and year-round full-time hours
- Is reliable, mature, and takes ownership of their station
Experience with brunch, sauté, grill, prep, and high-volume service is a major asset.
We use Rational ovens extensively and focus on quality food done efficiently and consistently.
