Office Administrator
Location: Volume 1 Canada Inc.

Volume 1 Canada Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic product information to customers
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team member when required
- Process customer orders, including order entry, invoicing, and payment collection
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using a variety of shipping carriers
- Receiving supplier shipments and re-stocking items when required
- Enter supplier invoices and perform basic accounting and bookkeeping functions
- Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and inventory records
- Assist with general office administration and customer service duties
- Support order fulfillment and day-to-day business operations
Experience/Education
- Experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or related role
- Business or Accounting diploma/certificate is considered an asset
- Experience using small business accounting software is required
- Experience with Sage 50 is a significant asset
- Experience with Shopify is considered an asset
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
