We offer weekly structured mentorship to help you grow in your career in manual therapy and McKenzie Diagnostic Technique. We also teach you how to manage your caseload to maximize efficiency and treatment effectiveness, saving you energy and time.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, including acute injuries and chronic issues
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that promote recovery, improve mobility, and reduce pain
- Provide expert manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate healing
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately in medical records, adhering to clinical standards and protocols
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and rehabilitation exercises
- Support the clinic’s operations by assisting with patient scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Valid registration with relevant physiotherapy regulatory body or licensing authority in Ontario
- Proven clinic experience with exposure to msk and orthopaedic cases
- Hands-on experience working in busy MSK clinics or similar high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach and clear communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be licensed to practice in Ontario as registered physiotherapist.

Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per hour
