We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our client in Halifax. This is a contract opportunity with potential to become permanent and will support both the Operations and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and is passionate about improving processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

Prepare and process invoices

Manage receipts and expense documentation
-
Coordinate and distribute incoming mail and correspondence

Assist with general office administration and team support

Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
Experience & Attributes for Success:
-
Previous administrative experience required
-
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration, or other related field is preferred
-
Experience within the property management, construction, and/or the development industry is considered a strong asset
-
Adaptable and able to work effectively in a changing environment
-
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
-
Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities

Tech-savvy with proficiency in common office software and systems
-
Interest in and ability to leverage AI tools and technology to improve productivity and operational efficiency

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
