Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while upselling when appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Assist with training new staff members as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Sunday/ Monday - closed
Tuesday - Thursday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
Friday/ Saturday 11:30 am - 9:00 pm
Must be available evenings and weekends.
